FAQs

  • No bookings — just walk in! On weekdays you’ll usually get a table straight away (though outdoor spots are in high demand when the sun’s shining). On weekends, expect a short wait — but don’t worry, the line moves quickly, our service is speedy, and Primrose Hill is perfect for people-watching.

  • Absolutely — weekdays are laptop-friendly (just pop on headphones for calls). On weekends, though, we’re laptop-free so we can keep tables turning and the brunch flowing!

  • We sure are! 

  • Yes — we have Wi-Fi at Arvo, and all customers are welcome to connect.

  • No time limits on weekdays (unless it’s unusually busy, in which case we may kindly ask). On weekends, a 90-minute limit usually applies so everyone gets a chance to enjoy a table.

  • We have a small step at the entrance, and our bathrooms are located downstairs, so accessibility is limited. That said, we’ll always do our best to assist wherever possible.

  • Yes — plenty of tables out front, plus a retractable roof in the back room that opens whenever the sun’s out.

  • Yes, we sure do! If you look at this Menu you’ll see an ‘H’ next to all the options that are Halal.

  • Yes! We have several GF dishes on the menu, and many others can be swapped to GF bread. That said, our kitchen is small, so while we take every care, we can’t guarantee zero cross-contamination — meaning we’re unfortunately not suitable for coeliacs. 

  • ARVO is cashless so we only accept card payments.

    We do accept AMEX.
